No need to go much above 200°, melt some candle wax into it, and disassemble.
I'm still wondering what that hunk of iron with all the wheel bolts sticking thru it was.
Personally I like Kroil with teflon since it lubricates the thread as the nut comes off. Second would be PB Blaster but it offers no lubrication for disassembly.
Why the guy threw lanolin based FluidFilm baffles me. Complete misuse of the product.
In all my time taking rusty stuff apart i find that penetrents are like fishing lures all they catch is suckers And make a mess. They will help remove the nut from the rusty stud but I have never seen them loosen a nut yet.
