there was a post I came across in one of the car groups on face book that was parting out a 75 with the hight housings still on it. sorry can't be much more help. did not know you were looking for them.

Just checked the 73 Lifeliner in the yard has all lights both sides and moldings. Only thing missing is light itself on center right housing is there finding a light and ring should not be an issue.
