Being a 1937 Model, and 50 years in the same family, it probably never had a title. If they can find an old registration, there shouldn't be much of a problem getting the state to issue a title for it. 50 years ago was 1970 (+ -). From Colorado DMV.... "There's also no title required for anything 25 years old or older, although there's an “Exempt Vehicle Title” form to fill out."
