Default Standard vs Standard Extra

I am looking through the sales brochure for the 69 Superior. In the options section, some of the items are:
  • Std. - Standard at no extra cost
  • Opt. - Optional
  • N.A. - Not available
  • S.E. - Standard extra

What is the difference between a Standard Extra item and an Optional item?

(Sorry that the pdf is upside down. I can not figure out to turn it around)

I would say standared was what you got if you never ordered any options. you could swap out standard for any option on the list. or add the other standard things at a extra cost. kind of a odd way to put it but lets say your got the standard extra tunnal lights and want the opitional mars 888s in them.
