There is going to be a ton of rust repair needing to be done under all of that bondo! This one makes the '68 Superior and '64 M-M flowers cars that Carl Woerner has look really cheap!!

it's going to be one of those mystery cars you just don't know how bad till you strip it. but it's a flower car he is not out of line on the price. most likely room to haggle. I have seen were you stab into the big patch of falling off filler and all that is under it a pin hole. then again I have found a blister and ground it down only to find out there was nothing but filler for a foot or two. he is at least honest with his description and that's a plus.
