Now...that's a real find! A somewhat preserved 1952 Meteor Model 86-521 ambulance that seems complete and ready for a PCS collector. I've often wondered why these 1950-1953 Cadillac-based professional cars have not developed a larger following or why they aren't as popular as some others. This is certainly not something you see everyday.

$7000 for an engine rebuild in 1986? I think he paid too much. Paid $3000 in early 1990's for the rebuild on my 65 Coupe de Ville.

Definitely a very deserving project. I am afraid that he's going to have to cut that price in half, given it's current condition. What was spent on it in 1984 doesn't much matter any more.
