You're both partially correct. This is a 1939 Miller-LaSalle Cathedral carved panel funeral coach. Mounted on a LaSalle Series 50 commercial chassis, when new, this particular model retailed for $3,360.There aren't all that many surviving examples of these Gothic panel Millers around. .
