Default Labour Day Classic in Calgary

EMS was invited to the annual CFL match up between the Calgary Stampeders and Edmonton Eskimos. The 65 was on hand with lots of questions and comments.
Started out wet, but the clouds parted prior to game time. In the last shot you will see two CF-18's in their flyover after the national anthem. Very cool, and very loud!

Your car is beautiful, especially in that setting. I have always had a soft spot in my heart for Pontiacs.

Hope that you don't mind, that I turned your picture.

That 65 is a favorite of mine! I almost bought it from Gene Lichtman back in 1995, but I was beat out by Evan Butchers.

At least every bit as good looking in 1965! Definitely my favorite year for Pontiac from 1963-1970!

WOW,Tim !!!
That is one sharp Pontiac !! Very very nice !!
When I started out back in the dark ages....the owners of the company I worked for had 4 Pontiacs in their livery of 17 rigs(mostly Superiors).....hardly anyone wanted to drive them (when they had a choice)...but I loved them and would always choose the 68 or 69........so,I eventually became known as the "Pontallac" lover..and I wore that name proudly !! LOL
Again... beautiful ambulance !!

Thanks Jim.

I have said this before, but the day reminded me, you did not clear much traffic with those warning lights. Hard to even know they were flashing in the mid day sun.
