like everything else in this type business. they make a run and sell it till it goes. if the demand is high enough they make another run. each run is higher then the last. I thinking they only started this go round just last year.
but it's good to remember that this tank fits Cadillac CC from 1959 to 1970 and the 57-58 sending unit is the one you need. when I checked in to getting the tank renewed off the 53 poncho it would have run me over 400 with sending it back and forth. but check around Caddy Daddy, McVees, Fisk, USA parts, inline tube ,the gas tank place John listed. it's the same tank. who ever is selling it cheapest with best shipping. go with them. I did get mine here in 3 days you can't beat service like that out here. USPS over night to here is three days.
