Combo Rig in movie Deliverance

Terri and I were watching Deliverance this evening and saw this combo unit. Has that true road use error with missing hubcap.

There is also a Mid-70's Cadillac ambulance in one of the Subaru commercials. Caught a glimpse of it briefly. It's a two tone red and white.

Anyone see it, who owns it, what is it?
