In the book Professional Cars ( Ambulances ,Hearses and Flower Cars)by Mr. Merksamer on page 114 there is a white 93. In the book Funeral Service & Flower Cars by Mr. McCall on page 105 there is a pic of a looks to be black 93. Would anyone know are these one in the same or is one mislabeled by its year as only one was made to my understanding in 93? Thanks

The black one may be a 94 with the aluminum wheels as stated they came in in 94. Little mirrors are 93/94 the only other external difference is 94 had duel exhaust and we can't see that. Wheels do get switched however I put the chrome ones on my six door from a 96 wrecked Brougham I bought for the yard.

Perhaps a silly question, but are flower cars still in use?
I haven't seen one used here in Decades. I know the local cemeteries have made it absolutely clear they do not want flowers left at the grave to become their problem.

Yes, but extremely uncommon in some parts of the country. I don't know of any in Oregon.
