1973 Superior Pontiac

The ghosts that hide in restoration projects

Made a visit today to where the headliner is being replaced. When I took this on one early issue I found was one hole in the roof was never filled when a light bar was removed. The first time I washed it, it rained inside the car. In removing the old headliner the supports to fix it to the patient compartment are rusted through +++ and they basically fell apart. Also found a mice nest with six mice, likely 15 years or more old, northern Saskatchewan imports.
Push on, a fix (within a budget) will be found, and await the next surprise.

first public outing, disaster alley 2017

Ran like a new car...almost. Forgot to take shots of the new headliner, but they did a great job.
