1995 Cadillac Fleetwood

I wasn't really sure where to put this, but since I have a question only, I will, with the moderator's indulgence, put it in this forum.

I recently ran across this add for a 1995 Fleetwood for sale:

What I want to know is who did the bodywork? I have always loved the four door limos on the 93-96 Fleetwood chassis and know that they are extremely rare. The only time I would ever see one is when you would see a photo of some official U.S. Gov't motorcade. I just wish there were more photos of this car and that I had more, much more, money than I do!
