Default Help identifying rotator beacon light???

This is just a screen shot off of a DVD from the TV mini-series V The Final Battle so it's not the best quality.

Does anyone have an idea what this blue rotator light is in this picture?

This was from back in 1984. I'll try and get a better picture.

Here's a close up from a different shot. The bottom of the base looks like it slants out. The light could be mounted in something or this cold be an illusion.

How much does a Dietz 7-11 or a 2-11 generally go for? I read somewhere they were originally called 2-11.

Could the blue light in the screen shot be a Signal Stat 374 or 370?

The base of the Signal Stat almost looks more like it does in the screen shot.

I'm not sure the Signal Stat 374 & 370 where made with a blue lens.
