here is a little of my experience going to texas and back. teh flooding we encountered starting right at about 20 miles south of home and working it way down to Texas. must be spring, as it doesn't do this in December. then threw neb to stop at my sisters home in Wichita Ka the VA there were she worked it a young one built clean up in 1929. then to OK were I caught up with my granddaughter. just out of the nest. then to Houston. early gathering of friends all pitching in were they could for set up. the early bird tour where we found the carousel for the meet. registration and the first bus tour. Frazer ambulance and the airport followed up with the building full of fire trucks. found the siren of the meet there. board meeting and on to the driving tour off to prison and one of the best Military museums I have seen. went to look at sam and back to the host hotel for the board meeting. then the next bus tour to Gorge ranch the texas memorial and the USS Texas the show and banquet then load up and go. followed this guy down to San Antone. looked at this one then stopped by this building and headed home. found this on 135 north of Austin spent the night . then we had to stop at the Speedway as we went right by. on to OK and had sundown in eastern Colorado, then woke up to this the next day. a vary good trip thanks Bob for doing it.
