What car is it for, mounted where, and driver or passenger side?
The part number ending with an L indicates that it is the left side.

It is left side cowl mount Bracket for a 1960 Mercury Monterey 4dr sedan. I am building one as a Chicago Police Skyway chase car.
I think I have one I'll send you a note. it's a piller mount right?

It would be left side cowl mount.

The underside should have the bracket number on it
