I am a CPR instructor and have been for several years now, it seems like things are always changing every few years or so. The one thing that never seems to change is no matter what the method is, early CPR, and defibrillation saves lives. Thanks for posting this Paul.

they were just starting this when I left work. the rational was that you moving the chest enough to create a air flow. but at the rate they want you to do compressions now it would be air flowing like a panting dog. i like the bathroom plunger Ida better. along with the chest belly compression. next we will be back to rolling them over a barrel. no wait we have all ready had that approved method. gust goes to show you the life is in the hands above you.
