Cool. But neither one is Baltimore County. The Maryland Board of Prisons operated the Maryland Penitentiary and would have owned these ambulances. And the MD Pen is located in Baltimore City (still there but just a "transitional" facility, not a long-term prison anymore - considering it was built in 1811, they got their money's worth out of it). The Swab box ambulance was similar to the units run by Baltimore City FD at the time.
