Cot Light

Now that the headliner is out, it is time to look at installing a cot light. From what I have seen, these are located above the cot, between the beacon and roof vent. The switch control panel had a spot for the cot light switch, so, all and all, it will look the same as if it came with it out of the factory.

As you see from the photos below, there should be no issues installing the light. The only question left is, how do I angle the light when I install it? My guess is that it would be angle towards the rear og the ambulance so that the light does not bother the driver, but I really do not know.

Can anyone enlighten me on this?

Thanks, Jean-Marc

Don't have any reference for Superior but here is the location of a cot light from the same era inside a Cotner-Bevington.

I'm guessing they put a plate between the bows for it. as that one is a surface mount. I have seen them with a big tab off from one bowe also.
