Gravity Jars

Hi All,

I just acquired a double gravity Jar Stand. One of the two Gravity Jars was broken by the previous owner. I figured that if anyone would have a chance to run across one it would be one of you. If anyone would like to see a picture of it, email me at: morbilia@verizon.net and I can forward a picture to you.

Thank you for your time.

Gravity stand with jar

Hi Kurt,

I'm an idiot. I sent you a PM with a link to a Pinterest page when it was infinitely easier to add the images to my Album on this site.
You can now view the 2 pictures in my album:

Thanks again for the reply!

Attila,
Are any of your gravity jars marked as to maker? My pair of 21"ers are marked Pyrex, but none of my other sizes are marked.

Thanks Kurt and Atti,

The measurement of the existing jar is 15" tall
Top O/D of 7 3/4"
Top I/D of 7 1/2"
Bottom spout I/D is a smidge over 5/16"

I have added a picture of the control valve the we saved from the destroyed jar. The stem width is 5/16" it was ease to remove from the spout of the broken jar. See my album on this site. I have a 2nd jar that is 21 3/4 " tall
and is marked with VITAX on the side. (Too big for the new double stand)

Atti, Great collection. Thank you for your offer to help.

Thanks guys!

Two spare 15" funnels here, both have 7 1/4" OD. After returning to view yours, these do not have as thick a lip and conical shape itself appears same. Stem width is standard.

You're welcome to email or call, not PM (as that is one of several 'features' here which have been disabled).
