Default Washington & Bomgardner Cot Bat I.D.

Can anyone assist in identifying these 2 cot bars as to period, etc.? The top is a Washington an the lower is a Bomgardner. Thanks!

I assume that the front bracket on the Bomgardner should swing down and attach to the floor??

It may be set for a wagon conversion. Looks to be a stand off that would bolt to the wheel well
