I would have placed this thread in the classified section, but the history aspect makes it a good topic for discussion. The attached eBay link will show an ink blotter from an ambulance service in UT. They promote their use of Packard ambulances and trained attendants. The cost of an ambulance transport is $3.50. What is also interesting are the instructions on what to do until the doctor arrives at your home (or business?). As a child, our family doctor still made house calls to treat us at home.
