Not sure how much work this would take, but seems to be fairly solid.

It would appear it's had a engine transmission swap. I don't recall them ever putting a power fluid in a truck. But. The big parts in the interior are there hard to find that cabinet. But easy enough to build a bench seat. The top looks like a national but I don't recall them with the reflectors on the back door and the gurney is on the wrong side.

It's a Wayne Sentinel, complete with #27 cot.

Sadly, many ambulance engine swaps - those done when they're no longer in service - don't include keeping the original high amperage alternator.
