I have a question regarding the rear facing jump seat, specifically in my 58 MM Combo, but I presume they are mostly the same for everyone. Should that metal seat front that holds the seat up only go so far forward or is it supposed to just swivel all the way 180 (ish) degrees.
Mine swivels the whole 180 degrees which seems kind of scary to sit on. If you were to be sitting on it and go over a bump the wrong way, that prop could kick out, and the seat would probably break under the weight of the person sitting there and tear the latch off or some other kind of disaster.
Is this as designed?
