got to love a man with a stack of them can't figure out the year of the truck he is posting. that is unless some one has swapped the nose on it it's a 70 pictured. the 68 is sitting to the left of it. so who converted the one to the right

The one pictured is most likely the parts truck described. The grille is correct for 69 and 70. Don't know why they would post the ad and not post a picture of the featured truck, but the description matches what is pictured, an ambulance (which could be a 68, no grill to tell) with no motor, and a 69 suburban for parts.
