The window decals on the S&S are deteriorating and have micro holes in the materials. Has anyone else experienced this before? Are replacement decals available or what other solutions might you suggest.

I replaced the window decals on my 65 Superior. They have a metallic appearance. I sought out one of the automotive sign companies who was locally recommended and they did a terrific job for a very reasonable cost. I was initially worried about sacrificing the originals, but they really improved the appearance.
Vinyl, applied to the inside. |

Thanks Tom, they do look great. I originally thought vinyl but assumed they would have to be on the outside. I will look into the inside option. Thanks! Dave

Your originals were water transfer decals, and even though there are a few companies that still manufacture the water transfer decals, they are expensive to have just one made. I looked into it, and vinyl is a much more reasonable cost product.
