Braving severe thunderstorm warnings, tornado warnings and some cool, windy weather, the Tri-State Chapter had their chapter picnic today. Due to the weather, only a few pro cars were in attendance, but that didn't stop the joggers and bikers in the park from stopping and taking a look. Lots of food, lots of photo albums, and lots of stories. A big
