Very sad to see them deteriorate like that. It seems like the majority of them end up in the wrong hands.

My Wellsboro S&S had the four beacons but they were strobes

These look like they're strobes also, just not the smaller strobes like the Wellsboro rigs had.

Although I see here, in Steve Loftin's post of Wellsboro units on the Classy Cadillacs thread, they didn't *all* sport strobes.
