Sorry for the outages, and we are doing all that we can do to prevent them. It appears to be a memory leak, and today we added an additional 2 gigs of memory, but still had issues.
Either httpd or mysqld is the root cause we believe, however, we are not completely certain. Either way when the server gets really busy it causes database issues and errors. Today, we had to repair all databases to get back on line. We are good for now but the issue is not solved. We are continuing to work on getting to the bottom of the problem, but unfortunately we do not have it totaly figured out yet. Once again, we are sorry for the outages, and appreciate your patience while we work through these issues.
