these type of rigs were used in the high tourist spots like Yellowstone. they had a set of whites and the Black hills of SD which I'm thinking they had a set of open cars also whits. back in the 20-40 it was a set up deal for factory workers to arrange a vacation threw the company they worked at. that would include the train ride to some destination and tours of the area with these type of rigs. of course upper management owned part of the train the hotel used and the tour buses but had they gave the guy a paid vacation right.
