it must be a Barnette if it's a 600 series. be nice to see in the back who knows if it is a combo or not.
This looks like the 1951 Pontiac Barnette my step-father had years ago, except that the tail lights on ours stuck out on little pods, not mounted flush with the body. The steering wheel looks off, like it is a Cadillac steering wheel....hmmm.

No engine or trans in it. Served at a racetrack in Fresno at some point, no builders tag that I saw. I had a chance to check it out a while back while looking for some '56 Caddy parts.
makes it kind of hard to restore but not imposable. a number of those old ponchos still around you could get the straight 8 out of. I was going by the doors for my guess.
