Atti isn't the only one hanging out in junkyards this week. (OK, maybe that sounds worse than I mean, but you get the drift.) Tuesday, I visited a yard here in MD on the advice of others who said there were "lots of ambulances and hearses there".
Of course, "lots" means not many. And when I asked about "ambulances", three different guys all piped up that they had "just crushed one over the weekend". But here's some photos:
1) '72 S&S hearse, some body panels good
2) downsize Superior limousine hearse, good glass
3) '62 Superior Pontiac landau, good back door if needed
4) '74 Superior Cadillac hightop, good windshield and maybe good rear bumper, '50's hearse buried in the overgrowth next to it, couldn't see enough of it to tell and I forgot my hedge clippers
5) '65 and '67 Cadillac coupes, decent front body parts
6) 80's Buick, good body if you had that model hearse
If interested in anything, let me know and I'll give you the info. U pull or they pull.
