That would make for an awesome parts car for someone! Not a $15,000 car. $5000 would be on the high end.
 
It was, at one time, a 1940 Cadillac Series 72 long-wheelbase sedan or limousine. The Series 72 was the lower-priced, down-scale relative of the Series 75 and was popular with funeral directors.
