Professional's first Mobile Coronary Care Unit

This pic was probably taken in late 1974. Myself at extreme right, Larry Ferris on the FW 30 cot. (Larry went on to be A Highly respected ICU nurse in Texas) The gal next to the cot taking vital signs was a registered nurse working towards
her bachelors degree.
We had an agreement with Buffalo State University which allowed nurses to ride with us to get some exposure to what goes on in the field.
The gentleman on the far left is a fire fighter/ EMT. I cannot remember his name.
Sadly, Larry is no longer with us, RIP my friend and brother.

Poor pay,long hours but boy they were the good old days,thanks for posting.

You are right about that. Even thou I was one of the owners of the company, we did not make much more than our employees. That having been said, It did not dampen my enthusiasm for helping people.
