Spoonbread is like partially cooked cornbread that you add honey and butter. It is actually pretty good. Here's a picture. And no I didn't get any this year....

Impressive line up! The ole lady makes a broccoli spoon bread for dinner often. Mighty tasty! Not as tasty as that 59 tho!!!

yes ,that spoon bread does look good, i have a better chance getting some spoon bread then getting the 59, steve

Elmo got a Top 50 trophy! Not bad, there were 134 cars! I was surprised.

Congrats on the trophy LeeAnn. Im not surprised Elmo won a trophy, it is a very sharp ride. I've seen him at a few Meets, and always wondered why he was non judge. Elmo is a very nice deviation from the usual black limo. But hey what do I know, I have a green ambulance!! Nice work.

Thanks, Brendan! I had Elmo judged the first year, basically just so we'd know what all needed to be taken care of. He didn't place, but didn't do too bad. Then in 2009, he was 3rd in Flint. I wouldn't have been more thrilled if he'd won 1st! Anyway, he's had some slowly progressing issues that have gotten worse the past couple of years and I just don't want to put the poor little fellow - or me - through being judged. But, I hope to have that taken care of before the 2013 meet, and he'll be back!
