From Car & Driver magazine:
What's not to love about the Nurse Ratchet 1968 Cotner Bevington Oldsmobile Ninety Eight ambulance? It's raced by a registered nurse. Almost a ton and a half was stripped out, and it still weighs 5390 pounds. They dropped in a 496-cubic-inch Chevy big-block where the patient should be. It has run an 11.38 in the quarter-mile, but as the car is certified to run 8.50s, we expect times to drop as less medical-grade nitrous oxide is routed into the driver's compartment and more into the engine.

Ok I'm not one that is usually a fan of cutting up a pro car, but this thing is just cool. how could you not like it. That air intake set up is sick.

I would put up a good fight with dwayne for the keys for that ride. I could see that on the burn out pit in my back yard this memorial weekend.:17875:
