In regard to the uniqueness or collectability?

Unique for that era as there were still RWD passenger car platforms available.

Collectability is another issue at least with that particular example.

Looks to have significant external body damage at least on the right front door and fender. The rear quarter panel to the rear of the wheel opening appears to have some impact damage. And I'm suspicious of possible corrosion in front of the rear wheel opening in the "dog leg" area, it appears to have either brown dirt or worst case a pile of rust that has fallen on the top of the running boards.

While we are on that, at least in the Michigan area a combination of salt and mud between the vertical area of the running board and the rocker panel led to a lot of rust. And with what appears to be a missing windshield and windows either down or missing at least on the right side between the potential rust on the floor panel and water damage to the instrument panel and the electronics (ECM,radio, gauge cluster) not to mention the soft trim items could make it prohibitive to restore unless you had a parts 'Burban available. Of course just my opinion.......

now it would make a nice tow rig for bringing your car to a meet. but maybe not that one. there are a few that pop up in both the 4x4 and 2 wheel chassis
