Can anyone identify these brackets in my ambulance?

I have attached 2 photos of the rear interior of my '75 Superior 54" ambulance. Can anyone tell me what the two white poly brackets/holders are that are mounted on the left(driver's side) inner fender well? The top "finials" turn to lock whatever it holds in place(I assume). I am assuming that this is something that Decatur Ambulance Service added and not something that was factory installed.

Those are brackets for a Ferno #65 scoop stretcher. They split apart for storage and for placing under a patient:

a nice looking mount I have one that keeps the scoop together but it will block the whole window.

They are yours, if you want them. I have already taken them out.

thanks for the offer but no place for them in the stoner. thats why I got the side mounts for it.

Kurt, if you are looking for a good home for them, I'm interested. I'd like to put one in one of my units.
