Default Don't Know What to call it

From my "stash"... No badge on it, but it has the small motor, and a SolaRay in front, and a rear flashing light. Without the rear flashing light, it would be a Federal Y siren, but I don't know if it would be a YRL or what. When was this siren introduced, do you know? This is going to be one of the "Keepers". I would like to put the correct badge on it at some point.
