The 888 fender brackets are done

Here are some pictures of my fender mounts for my twin 888 lights on the fenders of my CFD rig. They were roughed out from a block of aluminium in a Bridgeport. They were then shaped and polished by hand, to a high gloss finish. These are pics during the polishing proccess. All said and done they were 250.00 per side. If any one needs some, let me know, they can be made for various applications and equipment.

We're currently trying to figure out how to mount 888's on our Type 1 ambulances. I'm impressed with what you've done so far.

If you want them on the fenders, you might try just reversing the mounting bracket. It worked well on my GMC.

The problem is trying to find somewhere to mount them where they don't look so out of place so to speak. They have to be at a semi correct height to work well and we just don't have a lot of options on these trucks. Does anyone have any pictures of modern units with 888's installed that we could put in a new thread? I really don't want to hijack this thread and I apologize for doing so.
