Bored last week so I did some DVD transfert of my favorite scenes and here is a little montage of some of them, for car based ambulance nuts like me:

short scene in Blue Velvet.

Am I the only one who buy a DVD only for a pro car in a scene? heh

I love the color combination of the Physicians rigs! I would assume that you would call the lower body color Periwinkle? It almost looks white in some of the shots.

Forgot this one

In french, it's a short scene in a local miniserie called "Le négociateur" based on the life of a Montreal journalist the action of the first season take place in the rough 1974 Montreal summer.

They used the Superior combination once owned by Demers ambulances I think the car was sold somewhere in Toronto. The '74 (actually a 75) Monaco is owned by a friend of mine.

You got love the transfer Sean from the #21 to the hospital gurney. They just picked up the 21 and held it till they slid the man over to the higher one.

Thanks for posting those Martin!

The City County clips reminded me of a couple things. Police escorts are dangerous and there is no way I would have held a gurney up in the air while the cops talked to the patient.

Federal #15A beacons

Regarding the '67 and '69 Pontiacs; this is probably the most footage I've ever seen of dual Junior beacons in action.

Great videos

Love the videos, thanks for posting. An old one I found was of AIDS Ambulance. They were named this from the 1950s, but had to change their name in the 1980s for obvious reasons.
