63 Flxible Rear Bumper

The rear bumper on my 63 Flxette has a pointed bumper . It looks like it has been there since day one, all the pics I see in the Flxible book show a straight rear bumper.Any Ideas? Thanks

I looked through my pictures, and see another 63 with pointed bumper. Possible early/late production run used other stock they had? I remember 1961s also used two different rear bumpers.
 
I googled 63 Buick image and from what I can see only the big wagons had the strait bumper the rest had the pointed one as you have. Best guess is either its been replaced or the car Fixible started with was a sedan not a wagon. you could decode your VIN number to find that out
