Missing siren on '56 Caddy Superior

Sorry, I can't respond in the tech forum.
Kevin, The plot thickens! I don't have the car near me at the moment. From what I can recall when I put some tape over the siren mount holes, the two outer holes were a good three inches from from the center hole...that is to say the the outer holes were at least seven inches (center to center) from each other.
Here is a pic showing the holes in relation to the windsheild..

If my hunch is correct.....

The mounting holes should be approximately 5-3/4" from center to center.

Looks the same siren model holes on Francois Gamache's 56 Superior!
