sometime it don't I had one of those days. the ears on a pair of these upper door moldings are broken for the top being out of adjustment and flexing. there stainless so a little stainless wire in the wire feed and one went smooth and will polish out nicely.

the other how ever I decided to try to do it from the top. held the puddle just a hair to long and blew a hole in it. things went down from there. pretty thin stuff to weld any way and I really don't have a lot of experience doing this . will you get it by doing and messing up. it looks like we will be needing one of these if anyone has one laying around. drivers door on at 66 threw 68 superior should be the same

this one will never look pretty I thing I have a pound of wire in it now.

about half scared to tackle the quarter molding now. but tomorrow is a new day and nothing ventured nothing gained. they are at least thicker
