Anyone driving from New England to Rochester? Better yet, anyone know of a train that'll get me and my car close to Rochester? Jim

Jim I'm driving but it's a long way around to do it together.
Jim, there's certainly no train that does that. The only train in the US that carries autos is the Amtrak Auto Train, and that ONLY runs from DC to Orlando. That's it.
Unless you book it as freight, which is probably reasonable if you're an automaker shipping thousands of cars a year, but probably prohibitive to ship just one.
