Met with Doug House

I had the pleasure meeting Doug House yesterday while in Vancouver for some meetings. Pulled up to his place to find him working hard inside his "new" Criterion. He has his work cut out for him. His enthusiasm is very evident. We spent 1 1/2 hours chatting and swapping a few stories and future mutually beneficial equipment exchanges...plus I picked up the bottle of DM rum he picked up for me...Xmas egg nog will be even better this year!

Doug will be a great addition to the club...we plan on meeting again in January.

Holy Cow, Bill. What a talented photographer you are! You actually managed to make the Criterion look shiny!

I do indeed have a lot of work ahead of me, but it will be rewarding work, and I'll never be at a loss for something to do.

I enjoyed meeting you and look forward to seeing you in January.

Doug, if you can make your Criterion look as sharp as that '68 Superior Pontiac next to it, you will really have something! Good luck to you and your project! It is great to see these rare cars saved and brought back to a new life.
