Operating on 'bad pics better than no pics' premise, this appears to be a decent entry level vintage project combination (note fresh air vent on driver quarter). Seller doesn't mention windshield and there may be a crack barely visible above glare on driver side. Certainly tatty but if it has a title, isn't too rotted (other than fender doglegs and rear loading door), and seller is negotiable - he isn't out of line for a buyer in close proximity.

I have had conversation with the seller.
He and his girlfriend bought it and realizing they have too many projects already it may be a long time before they can do anything with it.

What I recall:
Most likely will need engine/tranny gone thru. Both are complete
Floorboards are weak
Jumpseats are gone, rest of floor and rollers are complete
Rear loading door lower edge rust close to decay.
Flat glass is good. Windshield has a BB pock (visible in pics, driver left) but no cracks
He "borrowed" front wheels for another car but has them
Fender skirts are inside car
Car has AC unit in divider
