guess what this tool is for

I have had this one a number of years now we use to use almost daily but haven't in a while now.

can't stump you guys. but yes back in the good old days when cars had steel bumpers this one would take the curl out from those oops that now leave holes in the plastic . an all most never ending ways to set the tool for max leverage. but yesterday we used to take the curl out of the lower side other the 58. needed just a little more. most of the guess work on this one is close .
but when one is dealing with this kind of rust and no other car to copy close is in itself dump luck . we re did the corker by guess and replaced the lower fender with on from the yard that the nose had been cut off from. I did both sides the same. we has the same trouble on both sides.

the last pictures is off the lower fender mount that came off this side and one out of the parts car. fine threads and rust gotta love that combination
