Complete set with the wheel adapters and the lug nuts that hold the adapter to the rim. No locks . 2 are pretty nice and 2 have a lot of curb rash. $75.00 plus shipping. This things are heavy so shipping might be a bit pricey.

Excellent price, one nice used one will go for 75 on ebay. I have a brand new set never mounted, slightly newer version with wreath but it would take $500 for set with locks. If not for shipping cost I would take them. Good luck with your sell. Maybe you should put on ebay. Look at other auctions for cadillac wire hubcaps.
