Another seemingly random late night image search turned this up, which spiraled into saturating more info.
Woodrow Wilson's funeral service took place on February 6, 1924. A military funeral procession ensued from the Wilson house up Massachusetts Avenue to the Way of Peace entrance to Bethlehem Chapel on South Drive. Wilson remains the only President interred in DC proper.
This image courtesy Library of Congress. Wilson's '19 Pierce-Arrow limo can be seen behind hearse.
Couldn't find any reference to what the hearse actually is. Next images courtesy Woodrow Wilson Presidential Library Archives. (Mort Broffman likely photographer.)
Wilson's '19 Pierce-Arrow limo survives. Here it is in Staunton, VA.
Any historians happen to know what the hearse was?
